What is included in my final travel documents?

Your final travel documents include the following:

Your Itinerary       
This is your confirmation document for your accommodation and also serves as a voucher for your car hire and transfers (if applicable)

Holiday Essentials
This includes:   
• General holiday information   
• Departure and arrival information   
• Details about your stay   
• How to contact your UK and local Concierge teams       

Arrival Essentials 
As well as step-by-step driving directions to the property, we have included useful information such as local shops, cashpoints, key collection, parking, nearest beaches, local restaurants  and more. 

If you have booked any additional holiday extras, such as airport hotel, parking or lounge, you will also find your confirmation along with your final travel documents.

If you are travelling to Umbria, mainland France or Portugal, you will also be able to download your car hire voucher (if applicable). For all other destinations, your Itinerary acts as a confirmation for your rental.

In order to download your boarding passes, please go directly to the airline's website and follow the check-in procedure. Your flight reference number will be sent to you via email in advance. You can also find it on your Invoice and your Itinerary under Airline Ref.
