What information do you need at the time of booking?

We need the first names, surnames (middle names not required), and dates of birth of all guests who will be staying at the property, especially if your holiday includes flights. If you have booked your flights independently, we kindly ask you to provide your itinerary details. This information helps our Overseas team prepare for your arrival. It will also ensure that any car hire/transfers which you may add are booked according to your arrival and departure times.
