Yes - this information helps our Overseas team prepare for your arrival.
If your booking includes car hire or transfers, we must know the exact flight number, departure airport and departure/arrival times for both your outbound and inbound flights. Please note, we might not be able to confirm your car hire or taxi transfer until these details have been provided. You can do this by logging in to My Account. Click on ‘View booking details’, scroll down to ‘Passengers’ and click on ‘Update’.
