What happens if my flight is changed or cancelled by the airline?

Airlines may occasionally change flight arrival or departure times, or in some cases cancel a service without offering a replacement. We will keep you informed of any such changes. Where possible, we will try to make alternative arrangements that are suitable for your travel plans; however, this may not always be possible, as available options usually depend on the airline’s policy. Complimentary alternative flights might not be offered by the airline if the time is changed by less than 12 hours.
