London Gatwick and Heathrow Airport Concierge Teams

If you are flying from London Heathrow Terminal 5 with British Airways, or from London Gatwick North Terminal with EasyJet, between May and September, you will be met and assisted by one of our airport representatives. They will be waiting in the departures area holding a grey Simpson Travel folder during the early morning departure period. Assistance is available on Sundays for British Airways flights from Heathrow, and on Tuesdays and Sundays for EasyJet flights from Gatwick.
