Do I receive my travel documents by post or online?

You can download your travel documents in PDF format via My Account, and they can also be viewed in the Simpson Travel app. Once downloaded, your documents are saved to your app profile and can be accessed at any time without the need for Wi-Fi or mobile data.

To help reduce paper waste, we do not usually post documents. However, if you would prefer to receive your documents by post, we would be happy to arrange this for you. Please call our Pre-departure team on 0208 392 5747 or email pre.departure@simpsontravel.com to make a request.
