Do I need to let you know if I have any allergies or food intolerances?

If you have a food intolerance, most airlines will be able to offer a range of special meals that exclude a variety of potential allergens such as seafood, dairy, eggs and gluten. We will also make sure that your local concierge is aware, so they can make the necessary amendments to your welcome pack, where applicable. You can inform us of your allergy or food intolerance by sending an email to pre.departure@simpsontravel.com or calling our Pre-departure team on 020 8392 5747.

If you, or anyone travelling with you, has a nut allergy, it is important that you inform us in advance. We will then notify the airline and ensure this information is added to your flight reservation.

On the day of travel, you must also advise the cabin manager when boarding, so they can make an announcement and request that other passengers avoid consuming nut products for the duration of the flight.

Please note, the airlines cannot guarantee a nut or allergen-free environment even if all necessary steps are taken.
