Can I pre-book seats on the aircraft?

You can pre-book specific seats for an additional charge directly via the airline’s website. You will require your flight booking reference and lead passenger’s surname in order to access your reservation on the airline's website. Your flight reference/PNR will be sent to you via email. You will also find your PNR noted under ‘Airline Ref’ on your Invoice which you can access on your My Account profile or the Simpson Travel app.

Pre-booking seats is not compulsory. If you don't reserve your seats in advance, the airline will allocate standard seats free of charge; however, there is no guarantee that your party will be seated together.
