When will I receive my final travel documents?

You will be able to view and download your travel documents from your My Account profile 14 days prior to departure. These documents can also be accessed through the Simpson Travel app, available to download from the App Store (iPhone) and Google Play (Android devices).

We will send you an email notification as soon as your travel documents are ready. Please note that boarding passes will not be available through My Account. You must check-in and issue your boarding passes directly on the airline's website.
