Yes. Free wheelchair assistance is available to anyone with mobility problems due to disability, age or a temporary injury. If you wish to add this service to your flight reservation, please contact us on 020 8392 5747 or pre.departure@simpsontravel.com

If you are travelling with your own wheelchair, we will require some additional information, including the wheelchair’s dimensions, weight and battery type (if applicable).

Please ensure you inform us of your requirements at least 7 days before your outbound flight.
